Order Stuck In Ready To Pack or Packed

The purpose of this article is to help you relax and convince you your order is coming your way soon ;)


Once an order has been submitted to get fulfilled, it's possible that a configuration error prevents it from getting shipped.

If this applies to you, don't worry! We'll get it fixed as soon as possible.

Sometimes a technical error might be encountered in our system, but mostly it's just because we're working on a pre-order basis by the batch, and once the shipment arrives at our warehouse they all need to be processed at the same time...all.thousands.of.them


So frankly, this can just take some time, but we're doing our best, please allow for some time for the orders to be picked and packed, once your order is handed over to the courier, you'll be updated with your tracking link and from there on out, it's in the hands of the shipping gods to teleport the package to your front door, provided you've made enough sacrifices to them...


If your order is stuck on any given status for more than a week, reach out to us and we'll see what's going on...
